Every connector material consists of Nylon66 UL 94V-0, a durable standard in the connector market.

The Molex Terminal crimping pins used for the housings are all made of mainly brass which is an excellent connector, and can withstand the flexing of inserting/removing the housing from the molex header. The shining exterior of each terminal crimp pin is made of a high corrosive resistant Tin at a 40u" minimum thickness. The pins are rated to handle up to 3 AMPS each. All the 3.96mm terminal crimp pins are rated for crimping wire between 18 - 24gauge thick, while the 2.54mm terminal crimp pins are rated to be used with 22 - 30 awg wire.
