There are some great special features in this 'Rainbow' version! First, the game speed has increased. Midair moves are also now possible; just preform your favorite attack in the air. All fireballs (except Yoga Flame) are homing, just like a heat seeker missile! All jab fireballs are extremely slow, allowing you to get multiple fireballs out before the first one ever hits. Strong fireballs are at a quicker pace. Fierce fireballs hit almost instantaneously! You can also climb the screen indefinitely (Do a jump, special move, jump, special move, etc.).

Game Play:
One of a couple of blackmarket upgrades which appeared during Street Fighter II - The World Warrior's peak. The upgrade allowed players to throw homing projectiles, and switch characters in mid-round by pressing your start button (the change follows the order Ryu-E. Honda-Blanka-Guile-Ken-Chun Li-Zangief-Dhalsim-Balrog-Vega-Sagat-M. Bison), and teleport to another side of the screen. Results may vary as this was a blackmarket upgrade.
